My journey in fitness started in 2010 after I had my baby boy. I was 75 kg then and I knew I had to start focusing on myself to give my best to my child and my family. My first step was to work on myself. And in 2 years I was able to transform myself from 85 kg to 58 kg. And this journey became the start of another one for me. realized that I wanted to take my learn-ings to more and more women and help make a difference. And therefore, I trained myself as a fitness expert and launched Fitmotivation Studio, with my baby sister- Richa.

A mother of 2 Kids, a fitness trainer since 2012. My journey of Fitness started with a motto to spread healthy lifestyle and smiles to all. We Women are very strong inside out and we NEED to be fit & healthy is what I believe in. My weightloss journey from 90 kgs to 57 kgs at the time of my 1st pregnancy and 73 kgs to 57 kgs during my 2nd one wasn't easy. I am happy to say I have been able to bring a change and trained many women till now and will keep doing it. Working with my sister who shares the same thoughts as me is what keep us both going each day.
